As a means to communicate, humans will employ one or more of the five senses. The individual whom uses telepathy as a way to communicate, will use their sixth sense. We all are given a sixth sense: however, the vast majority of us do not use it. Before you can utilize the sixth sense it is important to learn the basics of how to use telepathy.

The discussion of telepathy can take on numerous styles, techniques and opinions. The subject spreads a wide distance in the forms available for use: however, we are going to simply talk about the basics. Learning the basic techniques can be both challenging and rewarding. Each of which will leave you wanting more practice.

The simplest form of telepathy to learn is kinesics. Kinesics is basically non-verbal communication and is the most recognized form. Kinesics, is what occurs when people say twins know what the other is going to say before they say it. This non-verbal communication is criticized as being done simply because they know each other so well, regardless, there still has to be mental telepathy.

When thoughts are used to transfer items or symbols among two people, it is referred to as concrete symbol thought transference. In order for this to be successful, it is crucial both parties involved are trained in concentration through a great amount of practice. In order to utilize telepathy, it is imperative you are able to join your mind to another. First and foremost concentration must be directed towards the person you are attempting to connect with.

For the best results it is suggested you have a friend do this technique with you. You will need to let the friend know you will be sending him a telepathic message. Both individuals should concentrate totally on a beam that goes from one to the other. Once you are comfortable knowing the connection is there, send the words you want to relay through the beam. If you both were completely focused, the telepathy should have worked and your friend will be able to verbalize what you sent. Should you choose to continue practicing this technique, you will only improve and be able to expand the technique.

Now you know how to send a message, its time to learn how to receive one. It is very important to put forth your full concentration on receiving the message you are to receive. Receiving your messages will take practice, and what better way than with a friend. Enlist your friend to send you a color, concentrate fully and you will understand it. The first thing you can fully see and understand is the message they are sending.

Learning how to use telepathy is an exciting experience, but keep in mind becoming well at it takes continuous practice. With time and patience, you will become very well at it.
