What Is Telepathic Communication?

We only use ten percent of the brain to function and survive throughout life. A huge part of our brains remains unused.

The ability is within everyone to communicate using only the power of the mind. We are able to see what others are thinking without saying anything or using any physical effort.

As we grow up we're conditioned to speak, think, act and behave like our elders. They don't use the power of their minds to reach out and communicate with you, because they weren't taught to do so either. The ability is left untapped and untrained.

We push our natural abilities aside, but it still crops up sometimes when we somehow know who is calling when the phone rings or what someone is going to say before they say it.

Is this a psychic ability or are we communicating with others through telepathy. Did you receive a message from someone needing to contact you?

Whether we realize it or not we already send and receive telepathic signals. It is possible to learn to do this deliberately whenever we want. It takes a little practice, but is well within the scope of our brains.

Human telepathy is a natural inherent ability within most human beings that is usually never harnessed or guided into being one of the senses we use consciously in our daily lives. This doesn't mean we don't use it. It simply means the majority of people don't know how to focus their minds in such a way to make communication possible.

It's been scientifically proven that our thoughts have a frequency, much like radio waves, and they can be measured. If you can learn to harness the frequency of your thoughts and direct them where you want, then you'll begin to learn how to communicate using your mind alone.

Here are some ways to help improve your telepathic abilities.

*A trance like state - When you get into a trance like state and become very relaxed, you will be able to send and receive messages at will. It is somewhat like being hypnotized, your mind will be open and receptive to communication.

It is not hard to learn to slip into a state of trance. With a little practice, you will be doing it in no time.

*Focus - When you are relaxed and in a quiet place, think about a person you'd like to contact you. Focus on that person. Imagine that person receiving your message. Project positive, happy emotions and allow your thoughts to convey that you want this person to contact you. Don't feel as though you need to concentrate on a command. That simply won't work. Just continue to send positive impressions.

*Have faith - Never falter in your belief that this will work, know your receiver will get the message. Stay confident and use an open mind when exploring telepathy.

*Stop the exercise - Snap yourself out of your dreamy state and go about your daily routine. This is an important part of the whole process.

When you let go of the positive impressions the person you were trying to contact should feel that any thoughts about you will be missing and the urge to contact you to re-establish that communication should be strong. Don't be surprised if the person you were reaching out to calls you soon.

Practicing by yourself in this way will help you use your mind to develop your telepathic talents. There are also exercises for you to do with another person to advance your skills.

Here is a quick method to practice your telepathic communication using two people.

*One Sends and One Receives - Determine who wants to be the sender and who will be the receiver. We will start with you being the sender.

Your friend, the receiver will need to write down anything that flows into his or her mind. Get a note pad and a pen ready and go over the necessity of writing it all down with your friend. Assure him or her that if it is thought it is not made up, this will help make sure it is all wrote down.

*Visualize - You are the sender so you should have some simple images in mind to send to your receiver. These should be well known objects, for instance, a star, an orange, or an apple. These will be simple and easy to focus on and easier for you receiver to get than more complex images.

*Transmission - Lie back and focus on connecting with your receiver. Imagine the two of you are connected and thoughts are flowing through a wire or cord back and forth. You can visualize this in a way that works for you as long as it represents a connection.

Get a clear picture of your image and send it down the line. Imagine a clear, bright picture of it racing or flowing to your receiver. Stay focused on the object until you see it reach the receiver.

The art of visualizing and focusing is the best way to get your message out to the one you need to reach.

*End Transmission - When you feel that your thought-object has reached its destination, stop projecting and allow your mind to be blank. This pause in transmission is important because it allows your receiver time to realize that an image really did appear. When it stops it also allows the receiver time to take a note of what image he saw.

*Receiver - As with the sender, the receiver needs to relax and be as receptive as possible. He or she should also keep their mind open and record anything they perceive. He or she also needs to have good focus and a desire to see messages.

The receiver may be skeptical at first and think the things coming into their mind are not relevant. Nevertheless, it all needs to be recorded. We all have thoughts going through our heads at times but it is important the receiver knows that thoughts are being deliberately sent.

*The verdict - When you are done with the training exercise, check and see if the images you sent were well received. Even someone with undeveloped powers will receive some images from the sender. Do not expect all of them to come through clearly at first. It will take some practice to get better at it.

Remember, practice makes perfect!
